Basic Information:
When you see BecJn, it means the website http://www.becjn.com. When you see the words 'you' and 'your', they mean each person or entity who owns an account or uses any services or products provided by BecJn. “Our”, “us”, “we” means BecJn.
Your Account:
You must be 18 years of age to open an account. If you are not 18 years of age, you must have your parents open this account for you. You are allowed to open an account in only your name or a child's name if your are opening an account in behalf of a child, where a child is anyone under the age of 18. You must also be a human in order to open an account with us and each account must be opened manually by you. You are not allowed to use any automated means to open an account with us which includes but is not exclusive to “bots”, using any automated account creation software which uses our service, or any way possible in which you are not in a direct or immediate control.
Conduct:
Since your submissions are seen by the general public, we have some guidelines which you need to follow. When you use BecJn, you are required to follow the local laws of your country as well as the laws of the United States of America. You are not allowed to act in an unlawful manner or use this site in an unlawful way. You are also not to harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate any other BecJn user. You are also not to submit anything which is pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, libelous, defamatory, obscene, copyright infringing, anything which violates the rights of any law or third party (example: trade secrets or classified information), or anything which may disturb the general peace and order of BecJn. You are also not to submit any personal or private information which may cause harm to another person or to the public at large. You also agree not to bypass any security measures that BecJn uses to restrict access to the website. This includes but is not exclusive to bypassing the login system, increasing the 'view count' in an artificial or malicious way, by passing the system which keeps private information for each individual user, or any such thing. You may also not sell or transfer your account unless you have the expressed written permission from us. You may also not use excessive amounts of BecJn resources as determined by us. An example would be to post 100 messages per second in one of our question and answer section. In addition to this, several sections of BecJn may have more stricter conduct guidelines. If you would like to use these sections, you are required follow these stricter conduct guidelines. In order to also protect the security and integrity of BecJn, we reserver the right to remove your account for any reason whatsoever and/or require that you may no longer use any of our services without any warning or liability.

Our website depends on your submitted information in order to succeed. So that we can help publish your content as well as promote our services and products, when you submit, post, or display your content, you give us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, public, public perform, publicly display and distribute any content which you submit, post or display on or through, BecJn. You are also required to own or have the rights to your content that grants you the ability to post it on BecJn. You agree to pay any fees, royalties, or any such monies owed to any person or entity if your content belongs to someone else. Content in this case is any text, images, music, articles, links, or any thing related to the previous items. We also reserve the right to not publish, remove an already published, or restrict access to any of your content for any reason without any warning or liability. When you remove your content, we will, as soon as reasonably possible, also remove your content from BecJn; however, this does not apply if your content was part of any promotional use such as a small picture of your content was taken and used as part of our promotional brochure.

We are allowed to add, delete, or many any changes to this Site Terms of Use at any time. When we implement the change, you will be bounded by these changes immediately. If the law requires us to notify you about any changes, we will notify you. If the law requires us to make an immediate change, we may not have a chance to notify you first before implementing the change. We can also add, remove, cancel, or change anything about any product or service we provide at any time without any prior notice except as required by law.
