What are some differences between Xilinx's CoolRunner CPLD and Altera's MAX II CPLD?

Any major differences between the two?

I'm not sure about the differences, but for the most part, Xilinx and Altera in their CPLD ring are fighting for each other's customers. In that way, I'm sure from a user's prospective, the parts work that way.
